We were hired by Eleanor Creative to bring John Henry’s Plumbing their “Midwest Nice” commercial—a lighthearted, single-day shoot built around sharp timing and playful storytelling. Cuemotion handled production, using a mix of Ronin moves, dolly shots, whip pans, and quick transitions to give the spot a smooth, cinematic feel while keeping the comedy front and center.

The premise was simple and funny: the John Henry’s “hunks” show up to rescue an older woman’s plumbing situation, and the contrast delivers the charm. The day was packed with laughs, a great crew, and everything clicking into place. In the end, we love the results of it all.
